We follow the Anglican way which means that our spiritual life is supported in three ways:
By Scripture which for us means the Hebrew Bible (the Old Testament) and the New Testament.
By Tradition which is all the ways and rituals that have been passed down through the church from generation to generation. Our main sacraments are the Eucharist (Holy Communion) and Baptism. Through the year you are likely to encounter the sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation, Healing/Last Rites, Marriage, and Ordination/Holy Orders.
By Reason which is our God-given capacity to engage with Scripture and Tradition and connect them to everyday life. We believe that the ways we interact with Scripture and Tradition are dynamic and are sources of perpetual new revelation for us and for the neighbourhood around us.
We recognize that our church is situated on the unceded traditional territory of the Musqueam people. We invite all who are exploring the spiritual life to share in service with us and are particularly open to those who live on the margins of society. We are a welcoming place for LGBTQ2S+ people.
