Sauerkraut, schnitzel, sausage and strudel were all served up with a big helping of music, dancing and laughter at St. Augustine’s Marpole this fall.  The “Little Church that Could” hosted about 80 guests who enjoyed an amazing German dinner. Live music by Michael Burnyeat and Micki-Lee Smith, and the never-failing energy and enthusiasm of MC Deacon Chris made this a night of great memories.  Danke to our dedicated and creative fundraising committee, to Chef Tony who planned, shopped, cooked and oversaw the incredible dinner, to Chef David and kitchen manager extraordinaire Norman, to our donors of raffle prizes, and to everyone who lent a hand with tickets, decorations, serving and clean-up or bought a ticket and helped to make the evening such a great success!
